As part of this they are keen to understand how employers use the current maternity pay calculator on the GOV.uk website.
Have you ever used this calculator? Have you used it to actually calculate SMP, or simply to provide an employee with an estimation of the amount they can expect to get? If you can spare less than five minutes of your time to complete this survey and provide BIS with a feel for how this calculator is used, you will be helping to shape the government’s future provision of guidance and tools.
