Software Developers customer satisfaction survey

The Digital Customer Relationship Team is a new team intended to complement and enhance the service already provided by HMRC’s Software Development Support Team (SDST).
The CRM team’s purpose is to build long-term, sustainable and collaborative relationships with the software community while SDST will continue to meet software developers daily operational and technical support needs.
Both teams are keen to continuously improve the services they provide. To help SDST track their progress they are introducing a short quarterly survey which they would really appreciate you taking time out to complete. It will only take a few minutes but the results are invaluable in helping SDST to measure current performance and understand what they need to do to meet your future needs.
