Pros and cons of salary sacrifice for cars

Our company are looking to implement a salary sacrifice  for cars, does anyone have experience of this alongside the pros and cons of  their scheme and are willing to share this with me. I do have some questions myself around managing leavers with such large values but would be interested to know the pitfalls or plus points that have been experienced with the use of salary for cars.
