The review will be quite comprehensive. However it will not extend into the IR35 process or the Construction Industry Scheme, or the different expenses claimable by employed and self-employed people.

CIPP comment The Policy Team will consider the documents concerning this review, and if appropriate will issue a survey to collect members’ views in due course.
