STATUTORY PAYMENTS BOOKLETS

HMRC have provided the CIPP with Statutory Payment guidance for the 2011/12 tax year. The information includes helpbooks and payroll test data.
Please find attached a new version of HMRC 2011/12 payroll test data, new versions of the:
- Additional Statutory Paternity Pay (ASPP) specifications and an advance copy of the E19 Employer Helpbook for Ordinary
- Additional Statutory Paternity Pay
These documents will also be available on the HMRC website in due course.
From 6 April 2011 the statutory payments compensation rate for small employers will change from 4.5% to 3%. Confirmation is on the Business Link website.
