If you are new to this survey series here is how it works...
We have produced three surveys - you will need to complete two surveys depending on your cicumstances:
- Pay Professionals
- In-House
- Outsourced.
We need as many people as possible to complete the pay professional survey, this gives us an insight into working arrangements, salaries, job responsibilities, locations and education levels in the profession.
Share this one far and wide to ensure we get as much data as possible. Share with your team, share with other businesses and anyone you know in the pay professions.
Then, if you are in a senior position to respond as an organisation, choose the In-House or Outsourced survey, which ever best fits your organisation. If you offer outsourced services and in-house functions, you are free to respond to both, provided that you have access to data on each separately.
Again, share these with your peers in other businesses, but we only need one reply per organisation to be able to assess how payroll teams operate across the UK.
These reports look at the challenges you foresee, working arrangements, team sizes, payrolls completed, KPIs and more...
We really do value your input and that’s why we value your time. Each survey is designed to take less than 10 minutes to complete.
This year we are asking for feedback so let us know on the last question if you had any thoughts that would improve the surveys for the future. Please do let us know what would be good to add, what wasn’t useful in the reports and could be removed, or any other improvements.
Your input is powerful and your voice shapes the industry, by taking just a few minutes to complete the surveys, you’re making a real difference for your profession, your peers, and your future. Together, we can strengthen the role of payroll and ensure its critical importance is recognised.
