Welcome to National Payroll Week 2018

So it's that time of year again, National Payroll Week is back! If you are reading this and are not currently aware of this annual celebration, have you been living under a rock? The CIPP has been working tremendously hard to raise the profile on payroll and give payroll professionals the recognition they deserved.

Now, for what exciting things we have planned this week:

Monday

  • We will be attending National Payroll Week's main sponsor, Portfolio Payrolls networking drinks at 4 pm to kick off this exciting week 

Tuesday

  • The CIPPs future of payroll roundtable will be held at the Portfolio Payroll London office from 09:30

Wednesday

  • We will then be flying to Scotland for our Scottish National Conference and Exhibition at the Dalmahoy Hotel and Country Club which will begin Wednesday night for the welcome dinner and drinks 
  • Acas & CIPP - It Pays to Get it Right – Wednesday 5 September 14:00-14:45

Thursday

  • Scottish National Conference and Exhibition officially starts with a day of exciting workshops and industry speakers providing delegates with the latest legislative changes and an update on what CIPP Scotland is doing on your behalf, whilst offering you the perfect opportunity to meet exhibitors

Friday

  • Finishing the week off on a high, we will be hosting our own National Payroll Week event for our wonderful staff at the Birmingham office with a fun payroll themed escape room, a golf chipping board challenge and lots of treats. We can't wait to see who will win and put their payroll knowledge to the test

We are also pleased to announce the new the Future of Payroll survey is open ahead of next year's report. This exclusive survey goes some way to predict the future of payroll. The survey anticipates developments in the industry based on the responses of payroll professionals, representing 2.3 million UK employees.
