Survey: Calculating charges for payroll customers

One of our Foundation Degree students, Zoë Catlow, is working on a project focusing on the calculation of charges for payroll customers. She is asking members to assist her research by replying to a short survey.

My name is Zoë Catlow and I am currently studying for a Foundation Degree in Payroll Management. As part of this course, I am working on a project focusing on the calculation of charges for payroll customers and have created this short survey, which will allow me to gain a greater understanding of the methods used by different organisations.
