We supported system design and testing for a new payroll solution, assisted with payroll recruitment, and conducted a forensic audit of weekly payrolls to confirm statutory compliance.
The Results
The project delivered a fully redesigned, future‑ready payroll function capable of supporting ongoing growth.
The organisation subsequently also engaged the CIPP for regular payroll training and achieved accreditation under the CIPP’s Payroll Assurance Scheme (PAS). It has now maintained the PAS accreditation for seven consecutive years, reinforcing its commitment to best practice and compliance.
