HMRC publish Agent Update 68

The Agent Update is published by HMRC as part of its Working Together programme for Agents and provides a wide range of updates that span all tax types.
Included this time is an update about the planned increased to Plan 1 and Plan 2 thresholds from April 2019
The Plan 1 threshold will be increasing from £18,330 to £18, 935
The Plan 2 threshold will increase from £25,000 to £25,725
The Post Graduate Loan (PGL) for England and Wales which comes in to repayment from April 2019 will have a threshold of £21,000 with a deduction rate of 6%. The PGL will run concurrently with Plan1 and 2 repayments if applicable.
