Be aware that as from 9 January 2018 application forms for the modified EP Appendix 6 and the EP Appendix 7A have been amended and published on GOV.UK.
It is important to ensure that you are using the latest publication of the application forms for the modified EP Appendix 6- PAYE82002 and the EP Appendix 7A - PAYE82003.
Failure to use the latest publication may lead to delays in setting up the schemes.
