HMRC’s Software Developers Support (SDS) Team want to make it as easy and as quick as possible for developers to contact them and are looking at new ways to provide the support needed.
HMRC will trial some of the new support measures with developers are very interested in receiving feedback. A number of small changes will be introduced with the new support services.
One of the first changes is that from 5 December 2016 the SDS team will no longer be able to provide inbound telephone support to 03000 518 308. The last day of telephony support will be 2 December 2016.
Developers will still be able to email the team as usual at [email protected], and they will continue to provide outbound telephone support where needed. The SDS Team still need to talk with you.
