CIPP vacancy: policy and research officer

The CIPP is looking for a policy and research officer.

The purpose of this job is to support the policy and research technical lead to promote excellence in the payroll and pensions profession by being an enabler of legislation and being part of a team that plays a key role with government departments.

The successful candidate will work with the membership and encourage feedback which will then be applied in the work and responses of the policy and research team that will include attendance at consultation fora, response to written consultations and the member services that include national forums, Annual Payroll Conference, Specialist Interest Groups (SIGs), the Advisory Service and technical advice through the magazine. 

The successful candidate will also work within the team to ensure members are kept up to date using a range of different mediums including News Online, CIPP website, social media, articles and webcasts.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for feeding into information that is communicated both internally and externally in respect of the work of the policy and research team.
