Did you know? You can contact HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) via GOV.UK with a click.

There is a feature at the very bottom of every page on GOV.UK. This is very useful for agents and employers, and you will be able to track the timeline to the response.  

Select ‘contact’ at the very bottom of the page that you require support on:

Don’t select on HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC), instead scroll to the bottom of the page and select ‘GOV.UK form’:

Then, the URL of the page will automatically be populated that you want to report. Enter details in the ‘what are the details?’ section and select ‘send message’:

HMRC’s digital by default journey is on way and making a start with these small steps, can help report issues to HMRC about guidance’s, pages, information and online services.
