Changes to Optional Remuneration Arrangements rules for taxable cars and vans

Further to a news piece published on 9 July, the changes to OpRA rules will not come into effect until 6 April 2019 and will apply to tax year 2019-20 onwards.
The original news piece said the changes were effective from the 2018-19 tax year, where it should have said 2019-20 tax year.
