As you know, the CIPP policy team has been heavily involved in behind-the-scenes conversations with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) regarding the changes to Statutory Sick Pay coming in from 6 April 2026.
The DWP has shared with us their formal SSP transitional guidance, which you can view here.
