Digital Working Together meeting and new online Agent Forum

The new online forum provides agents with the opportunity to post evidence, receive updates and guidance on current topics and learn of potential widespread issues impacting tax systems and processes.

The meeting will provide an update on open issues and an overview of how issues can be progressed through the new Agent Forum. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions during the meeting. If you have any questions or comments prior to the meeting please email them to: [email protected].

Agents can also review the issues and discussions from the last Digital Working Together meeting.

You can enrol in the new Agent Forum, by registering on the HMRC online forum. When enrolling, use your assigned work email address that identifies your firm/organisation or the email address you have used to register for Digital Working Together. Once registered, you can request access to the private Agent Forum by emailing [email protected] with the following identity information:

  1. Your forename and surname
  2. Confirmation of assigned work email address
  3. The name of your firm/organisation
  4. The name of your professional body (or the one you represent)
  5. Your professional body registration number/reference.


HMRC use this information primarily to protect the forum against spambots and/or those looking to impersonate, trick or defraud others users. All personal data is kept in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
