Employers now able to register to order coronavirus tests for employees

An online service has been established, through which employers can order coronavirus rapid lateral flow tests for their employees.
Where employees have symptoms, the advice is still that they should remain at home and order individual tests.
To register for the service, the following must apply:
- The business must be registered in England
- The business must employ at least 50 people
- Employees cannot work from home
Anyone who is registering will require the company’s name, the company registration number and a contact email address.
The service is only available to businesses registered in England at present, and further advice in relation to coronavirus testing can be found for Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
