With the Employment Rights Bill here we must now start to think about how this will impact our processes, policies and actions as payroll professionals.
With such a large swathe of changes coming to employment law, it is imperative that we stay up to date and have conversations to hear how others in the industry will be adapting. One such conversation is happening on Friday 18 October where Paul Chamberlain, Head of Employment at JMW and solicitor, Arshalan Rashid, will be going through the changes from a legal perspective from the first look at the legislation we have seen.
