The Office for Equality and Opportunity (OEO), Race Equality Unit (REU) and Disability Unit have opened a consultation to seek the views to effectively implement the mandatory ethnicity and disability pay reporting for large employers.

Anyone that wishes to respond is welcome to do so, especially those who may be most affected by the measures, including

  • employers
  • public sector bodies
  • trades unions
  • race and disability stakeholders
  • people from ethnic minority groups
  • disabled people
  • disabled people’s organisations

The policy team will be responding to this consultation on behalf of our members and the wider payroll profession. You will be able to read our response on the policy hub along with our other responses.
