HMRC updated guidance: NI, MTD and payroll software

HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) has now updated the GOV.UK guidance.
Below are the key updates for this week:

Making Tax Digital (MTD) for income tax: service availability and issues – a service issue has been added. HMRC are working to resolve an IT issue that is affecting some users, when accessing the income tax self-assessment submission service and submitting a final declaration or retrieving tax calculations

rates and allowances: national insurance contributions - the heading ‘2023 to 2024’ has been added to the Class 3 National Insurance (voluntary) table in section 4

find payroll software that is recognised by HMRC - entries for six suppliers have been updated

reclaim tax relief for pension scheme members with relief at source - the form APSS107 is no longer used for annual information returns.
