The Low Pay Commission has published a report on compliance and enforcement of the National Minimum Wage in 2024.
The report estimates that around 371,000 workers were underpaid in April 2024. The report focuses on the scale and the nature of underpayment and the performance of the enforcement regime.
The Low Pay Commission will publish their full annual report in the next few weeks.
