Check out your payslip on a coffee and cake break
Encourage employees to book meetings with the payroll department for a friendly chat about how their payslip works. Make use of the CIPP’s payslip tool www.understandingyourpayslip.co.uk to help, it’s the perfect way to improve relations and make people aware of what’s available to them.
