Every year the Low Pay Commission (LPC) conduct research to understand where the National Minimum Wage (NMW) rates should sit for the following tax year.
As part of its work, the LPC released its annual consultation in May to seek input to shape its recommendations that it will take to the government in the Autumn.
The consultation is now closed, the CIPP’s response is available on the policy hub of our website for everyone to read, along with all the other consultations and calls for evidence that we have responded to.
