New Guidance on PAYE Refund Claims
The guidance, including an online form to complete, details how to claim a refund and what you need to provide in order for your claim to be processed.
Call or Write if Over 40 Days Since PAYE Refund Request
This online process should hopefully remove your need to contact the employer helpline for a refund, however, the guidance does state you should ring or contact via post if you have been waiting more than 40 days for your refund.
