HMRC has released a new tool to assist with working out what to pay for Neonatal Care Pay.
The tool will ask the questions required to assess the statutory pay requirements with the leave, however, you will still need to assess the individual’s eligibility before using the calculator.
With this leave and pay entitlement being more complex than similar statutory entitlements, it is welcome that HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) are creating ways to ease the burden for employers.
