Pay as you earn (PAYE): service availability and issues

Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC) has confirmed there have been reports of individuals facing difficulties when trying to access pay as you earn (PAYE) services.

A message was published, stating:

“We are aware customers are experiencing difficulties with viewing their accounts and using our services. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.”

Our Advisory team has also received notification that members are struggling to access some of the services.
