The Starter Checklist for 2019 is now available (including a printable version) and has been updated to include information about postgraduate loans.
Starter checklist for PAYE - Employers can use the Starter Checklist to gather the information required to operate PAYE for a new employee and to complete the first Full Payment Submission (FPS) for the employee.
Also published is the PAYE: expat starter checklist used to record information about new employees seconded to work in the UK by an overseas employer.
Information relating to the new starter checklist has been added to the latest Employer Bulletin.
