Payrolling Benefits in Kind: Car data guidance

Issue 63 of the Employer Bulletin confirmed that reporting of car data on the Full Payment Submission will be voluntary for tax year 2017-18 and mandatory from April 2018.
HMRC’s Software Developers Support Team (SDST) has provided guidance for software developers on reporting car data - Payrolling BiKs: Software Developers car data guidance V1.
