A significant 71% have stated that they do not use the ‘report a problem’ function. Whereas 29% use the function.
Some of the comments shared for those who answered ‘No’, are:
- that they were not aware of this function
- that they did not experience issues and therefore did not need to use it
- that the function is time-consuming
- that they previously have had no response when using the function
- nothing improved as a result of reporting an issue.
