From the poll results it is evident that currently many organisations have no plans to trial or implement a 4-day working week. This can vary from organisation to organisation, some factors may include the nature of the business, structure and costs . With envisioned positive impacts to employees’ work-life balance, this may become a desirable trait in prospective employments. However the poll results indicate that a small number of organisations are exploring the idea or have trialled and implemented.
