With National Apprenticeship Week starting on 10 February 2025, we wanted to check in about payroll teams’ attitudes towards apprentices.
We asked, “would you hire a payroll apprentice?” and here is how you responded:

Encouragingly, for apprentices and the future of the profession, 41% of respondents said yes and they have an apprentice. Although, with 32% of responses, it seems as though payroll teams could do with some help and assistance in finding and engaging with apprentices.
