Rishi Sunak plans for the next general election

It's been speculated that the Prime Minister, Rishi Sunak is calling for an Autumn 2024 general election. The latest at which the next UK referendum can be held is, January 2025.
Reports believe that a later election date in the year may enable more time for the Conservatives to build trust and allow the economy to ‘settle’ with a potential big fiscal event in Spring 2024. The outlook of 2024 consists of inflation improving, a rise in the national living wage and the age threshold lowering.
