SSP Rebate Scheme deadline reminder

With Christmas just around the corner, it is easy to get caught up in the festivities. Luckily the CIPP is here for you with a brief reminder that the Statutory Sick Pay (SSP) Rebate Scheme will close to claims on 31 December 2021.
Claims can be made by eligible employers for up to 2 weeks SSP per employee if there were off work on or before 30 September 2021.
It is worth checking if you have any periods of sickness you can claim for before it is too late.
