HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) has added two new names to the List of names tax avoidance schemes, promoters, enablers and suppliers.
The two new editions are:
- LWI Services Limited (Address in British Virgin Islands)
- Agile Pay Ltd
These schemes have been subject to a stop notice, which can be viewed here, which requires them to stop promoting schemes that HMRC views as tax avoidance.
These additions come just one week after HMRC amended the list with three additions.
