The Pension Regulator (TPR) unveils newlook website
19 November 2018
TPR have launched a new website, Liz Hickey, director of communications at TPR, said: “Our new website delivers major improvements to the hundreds of thousands of people who visit it every month, from employers and trustees to pension savers.”
In 2007/8, 149,604 people made one million visits and looked at over two million pages. In 2017/18, 3.4 million people made 6.1 million visits and looked at over 39 million pages on the website.
The new look brings the design up to date with government digital standards and provides a more consistent experience with the .gov websites. TPR believe the new site highlights how the organisation is changing its approach to become “clearer, quicker and tougher. The site rebuild should mean a “clearer and simpler experience” and help cope with the increase in people using the site following the introduction of auto-enrolment and the Pensions Freedoms.
The audiences that use the website are not only employers but also trustees, administrators, savers and the wider public. It is used as a source of information and for guidance. TPR have assured the website will continue to be developed to further improve the content and provide even better support to key audiences.
