Once successfully completed you may choose to progress to either the Level 6 BSc Leadership and Management or the Level 7 MBA Leadership with University of Lincoln or the MSc Strategic Leadership with Loughborough University. 

Graduates of the Payroll Management Diploma are eligible for full membership of the CIPP. Students who have completed the course also take a significant step towards meeting the criteria for  Chartered membership

Assessment

This qualification is assessed at each unit with a combination of assessments such as professional reports, case study analysis, presentation creation and project reports.

Applicants must:

  • Be aged 18 or over
  • Hold an active CIPP membership of Associate Student level or above for the duration of their study. If you are an Affiliate member or are a non-member, please contact [email protected] to join without incurring the registration fee.
  • Currently work, or have recently worked, in a payroll envrionment or have working knowledge through a profession linked to the payroll function, such as Accountancy, Finance, or Human Resources.

Entry will be possible through:

  • IPPE's Payroll Specialist Certificate (PSC) (completed within the last 2 years)
  • Another equivalent level 4 payroll qualification (or higher)
  • Experience: Applicants must have relevant industry experience prior to enrolment. We recommend that if you have not completed IPPE's Level 4 Payroll Specialist Certificate (PSC), you ensure you have working knowledge of the level 4 content. Language

All students must possess sufficient English language proficiency to fully understand and interpret both spoken and written English. This is an essential requirements for undertaking this qualification.

Students must be able to:

  • Read and understand written materials and documentation
  • Communicate effectively in English throughout the course

  • Assessment resit fee: £75 + VAT* 

  • Assessment retake fee: £150 + VAT* (for third attempts at assessment only)
