CA40 National Insurance contribution tables

The 2018 to 2019 CA40 has been added to GOV.UK. These tables are for employers who are exempt from filing or unable to file payroll information online and use manual systems.
The CA40 tables are for employee only National Insurance contributions for employers, or for employees that HMRC has authorised to pay their own National Insurance contributions.
