More recently Working Families published a blog written by Vivien Kelly, communications lead at the Government Equalities Office (GEO), who shared her experience of returning to work and about the GEO sponsored Best Returner Programme Award. GEO has recently published guidance to help employers to develop and deliver effective returner programmes.
