In order to guarantee that employees are being paid the correct NMW rates, it is imperative for employers to understand what counts as working time. Even in scenarios where employers pay above minimum wage rates, mistakes that may be made can lead to an underpayment of the NMW.
The live webinar will discuss the elements of working time that are the most common cause of confusion to businesses and employers.
