Latest CJRS guidance update

Further updates have been made to the guidance pages for the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme.

There have been updates to the pages:

Find examples to help you calculate your employees’ wages - examples have been updated to include employee reference dates

Calculate how much you can claim using the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme – the tables that show the maximum that can be claimed has been updated to reflect the extension of the scheme to September 2021

Check which employees you can put on furlough to use the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme – the section on employee transfers under TUPE and on a change in ownership has been updated. From 1 May, more employees can now be included, therefore the guidance has been updated to reflect claims made after this date whereby a TUPE situation has occurred.
