Update on the new Starter Checklist for 2019-20

HMRC has confirmed that the new Starter Checklist will be published on GOV.UK tomorrow (6 March 2019) and will be based on the original baselined version.
Background
On 12 February a printable version of the Starter Checklist for 2019 including Postgraduate Loan (PGL) information, was made available on GOV.UK which inconveniently was then removed. This was reported to HMRC through various channels.
On 27 February HMRC provided an explanatory update, including that they were “…urgently commissioning the work to rectify the 19/20 version of the checklist. The new version will be reinstated as soon as this work is complete…”
Further to this we have now been assured by HMRC that the new Starter Checklist will be published on 6 March 2019, and will be available through the original link provided in the February Employer Bulletin.
