Update regarding Expatriate Operations Work

HMRC has provided an update which will be of interest if you are an agent dealing with clients who have been seconded to work in the UK.

There is going to be an organisational restructure within the Expat Operations Team. Operations work for Expatriate customers will be moving to a different office, in a different location.

Expat Operations work will move out of Trinity Bridge House, 2 Dearman’s Place, Manchester, M3 5BS into:

St John’s House

Merton Road

Bootle

L75 1BB

 

The transfer and reorganisation of the work will take place between now and 31 March 2019.

HMRC does not envisage any disruption to the communication channels for Expatriate customers with HMRC.

Both the Helpline Numbers and correspondence addresses will remain the same.
