HMRC webinars: coronavirus-related measures

As the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme (CJRS) claims portal is now open for claims relating to pay periods in November and December 2020, HMRC is running a series of webinars to help claimants to prepare and submit their claims.

  • How to submit claims

Effectively, it is an overview of the extension of the scheme, how employers will be affected, flexible furloughing, key dates and support available.

HMRC is also offering a monthly webinar in relation to the Coronavirus Statutory Sick Pay Rebate Scheme, which provides information regarding:

  • Who can be claimed for
  • How to make a claim
  • What businesses may be entitled to
  • When to start paying SSP
  • Keeping records
