HMRC has a series of webinars coming up; topics include annual reporting and tasks, shared parental leave and pay, statutory sick pay and what’s new for 2018.
They’re free, interactive and you can ask questions using the on-screen text box.

Payroll – annual reporting and tasks: This webinar covers end of year tasks, form P60, your final Full Payment Submission (FPS) of the tax year and preparing for the new tax year. We use the Basic PAYE tool to show you the principles involved.
Shared Parental Pay and Leave: Partners can share parental pay and leave during the year following the birth. HMRC will tell you how it works, employers’ responsibilities and the records to keep.
Employers – what’s new for 2018: An overview of the changes including the new rates for National Insurance, National Living Wage/National Minimum Wage, statutory payments, the changes to expenses and benefits and more.
Statutory Sick Pay: HMRC will show you what to do when an employee goes off sick, how to calculate Statutory Sick Pay and when to pay it.
