HMRC webinars on PAYE – reports and forms P11D

HMRC has a series of webinars coming up to give you the guidance you need on regular reporting to HMRC and how to deal with payroll when you pay expenses and provide benefits to your employees. The webinars are free and include a basic introduction as well as individual webinars covering specific benefits.  The webinars are interactive and you can ask questions using the on-screen text box.

Expenses and benefits – phones, internet and homeworking: This latest addition to HMRC's expenses and benefits range of webinars gives an overview of the tax and National Insurance treatment of providing your employees with mobile phones, broadband and homeworking expenses.

Monday 14 May - 1pm to 3pm

Employer Filing Obligations: A recent addition to the employer range, this webinar tells you when and how to send your Full Payment Submission (FPS) and Employer Payment Summary (EPS), outlining the importance of filing reports to HMRC on time.

Tuesday 15 May - 3pm to 4pm

Payrolling – tax employees’ benefits and expenses through your payroll: The deadline to register for payrolling was 5 April 2018. If you’ve already registered, this webinar will tell you about the advantages for you and your employees and includes examples of how to deal with some of the most common benefits.

Thursday 17 May - 9am to 10am

PAYE: End of year expenses and benefits (P11D): For employers who did not payroll their employees' benefits in 2017/18, HMRC takes you through completion of the online form P11D, using examples including car and car fuel, vans, employees using their own vehicles, medical insurance and more.
