New guidance has been published on GOV.UK, providing information to employers on how to operate unpaid carer's leave.
The page covers the below topics:
- how long employees can take off work
- how they can take it ie, full or half days
- when employers are able to delay carer’s leave.
Unpaid carer’s leave is coming into force from 6 April, so ensure you are comfortable with the processes, ahead of the new tax year.
