This is the online tool that turns competencies, given in the CIPP Payroll Management Competence Framework, in to defined actions.
Using the CIPP Payroll Management Competence Framework as a reference document and tailoring it to their needs, an organisation has the ability to change the mix and skill levels required for their own roles in their own organisation.
SkillScope is a diagnostic tool which is, in essence, a simple to use self-administered questionnaire. This allows a payroller or employer to use their own definitions, modify skill levels, and rate an individual or team against these criteria. This then identifies competence gaps and appropriate training or other intervention can take place.
