i-Realise appoints Ginnie Freeman as principal consultant

Ginnie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the payroll and HR fields and will be responsible for developing the i-Realise business through multiple channels. She will also contribute to client project activity, bridging the gap between clients’ payroll and HR teams, and their solution provider, to provide much needed impartial advice and skills.
She joins the i-Realise team (after an interim period of consultancy) from Employer Services Limited (esl). Esl is a provider of payroll and HR solutions, managing payrolls for a varied mix of clients both in industry, size and complexity; ranging from small international payrolls to large multi-channel/multi-sited enterprises.
In just over seven years at esl, Ginnie developed from service operations manager to head of global operations then director of commercial development, leading many successful operational and business development initiatives. Her expertise, drive, commitment and management skills were recognised in her achievement of the Manager of the Year Award 2012 by the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals and the Payroll World International Manager of the Year Award 2012. She also has 13 years’ experience in HR and payroll implementation at global payroll provider, ADP.
Ginnie doesn’t like to let the grass grow under her feet; she likes to keep on learning and has, in the last two years, graduated from the Henley Business School with a Master’s degree in Applied Management.
She says: “I’m very excited to be joining such a dynamic team at i-Realise. There is a massive opportunity to bring this professional service to clients’ HR and payroll teams, which are really in need of independent advice.”
