The Administrative Burdens Advisory Board (ABAB) has released their annual Tell ABAB survey.
ABAB are an independent board who report to HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) on administrative burdens, particularly for smaller businesses. Importantly, this helps to hold HMRC to account against their charter and deliver positive changes that do not burden employers.
The survey will help give them crucial insights into how small businesses interact with the tax system. The subsequent report is due to be published in September 2024.
